POSITION OPENING: Program Services Manager
The Council on Aging is a 501c3 charitable organization that has been providing senior services in Van Wert County since 1975.
Our agency is seeking a full-time Program Services Manager to oversee daily office operations, programming of direct senior services, and program activities at the Senior Center.
Position Status

Details:
- 40 hours/week, salaried position. When needed, must be able to work several evenings and early morning hours throughout the year.
- Competitive pay starting at $18 per hour and may be higher depending on experience, skills, and organizational fit.
- COA vehicle provided for agency use
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Coordinating client services and transportation
- Overseeing senior programs and activities
- Managing office operations, schedules, and records
- Assisting with outreach, newsletters, and fundraising events
Qualifications:
- High School diploma or GED required (Associate degree or equivalent experience preferred)
- Strong communication, organizational, and computer skills
- Valid driver’s license and ability to pass a background check
Benefits:
- This position does not include health insurance benefits; however, it does include a generous monthly Family Expense Stipend of $350.00 per month
- An employer-sponsored Simple IRA retirement plan is available.
- 3 weeks paid vacation.
- 11 Paid Holidays
- Monday through Friday work schedule
